Insulin Resistance More Condition_symptoms Insulin Resistance And A Vegan/vegetarian Diet?

Insulin resistance and a vegan/vegetarian diet? - insulin resistance more condition_symptoms

I've heard that a vegan / vegetarian diet can improve insulin resistance, but it seems likely a diet rich in carbohydrates to favor. A diet rich in carbohydrates, insulin resistance and exacerbated my fast makes me gain weight. I'm always interested in a vegetarian, but I am not going to gain weight.

Anyone who knows anything about this or someone may contain links to gather more information?

Check this site has a good amount of information about a healthy vegetarian. It promotes a diet rich in carbohydrates, but takes the position that while carbohydrates are complex and not easy does not cause weight gain. Read for yourself and see what you think.

Good luck.
